1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

Under the Italian Consumer Code, Customers acting as Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded online, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day on which they acquire physical possession of the products purchased at www.gioielleriasessamario.com<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer need only send Gioielleria Mario Sessa, within the applicable deadline, an unequivocal statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>

In accordance with Article 57 of the Consumer Code, once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the Customer must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of the date on which they notified Gioielleria Mario Sessa of their decision to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>

The deadline is deemed met if the Customer hands the products over to the carrier or the party entrusted with the return before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.<\/p>

2. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

The right of withdrawal is deemed correctly exercised provided the following conditions are met:<\/p>

a. the right of withdrawal must be exercised within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, in the manner described in point 1;<\/p>

b. the products must not have been used, worn or washed and must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of use, wear, damage, alteration or tampering beyond the condition of the item at the time of shipment;<\/p>

c. the products must be returned complete with the original packaging, the warranty certificate, any certifications, accessories and all documentation received with the item;<\/p>

d. where the product was sold as part of a set, parure or kit, all items and components forming part of it must be returned;<\/p>

e. any tags, identification seals or other security features applied by Gioielleria Mario Sessa must be returned together with the product;<\/p>

f. the products must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the Customer notified Gioielleria Mario Sessa of their decision to withdraw from the contract;<\/p>

g. the products must show no damage, modification, alteration, repair or tampering compared with the condition in which they were shipped by Gioielleria Mario Sessa.<\/p>

Upon receipt of the return, Gioielleria Mario Sessa will carry out a thorough inspection of the returned product in order to verify its integrity, its state of preservation and its correspondence with the item originally shipped.<\/p>

For watches, the cosmetic condition, the operation and, where present, the reference, the serial number and the other identifying features will be checked. Watches must show no opening, disassembly, replacement, repair, modification or any other work carried out after delivery.<\/p>

For jewelry, the condition of the metal, the stones, the clasps and the other components will be checked, as well as the absence of scratches, deformations, breakage, alterations, replacements or work carried out after delivery.<\/p>

Before shipment, Gioielleria Mario Sessa may carry out checks and photographic and\/or video documentation of the condition of the product, its identifying features, accessories and supplied documentation. Such documentation may be used to verify the condition of the product in the event of a return.<\/p>

Where the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met, Gioielleria Mario Sessa will refund the amounts due in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by applicable law.<\/p>

The direct costs of the return are borne by the Customer, unless Gioielleria Mario Sessa has expressly agreed to bear them.<\/p>

The Customer remains responsible for any loss of or damage to the products during transport carried out for the purpose of returning them to Gioielleria Mario Sessa.<\/p>

3. Pre-shipment inspection<\/strong><\/p>

Before shipment, every item sold by Gioielleria Mario Sessa undergoes a thorough inspection of its condition.<\/p>

For watches, the correct operation of the movement and its functions is also verified, to the extent applicable to the individual piece.<\/p>

For jewelry, a thorough inspection is carried out of the general condition of the item and, where applicable, of the stone setting, the rhodium plating and the polishing of yellow gold.<\/p>

Gioielleria Mario Sessa may also produce, for its own internal use, photographic and\/or video documentation of the item before shipment, in order to record its condition and identifying features at the time the order is fulfilled.<\/p>

4. Inspection of returned products<\/strong><\/p>

Upon receipt of the return, Gioielleria Mario Sessa will carry out a thorough inspection of the returned product in order to verify its integrity, its state of preservation and its compliance with the conditions required for the return.<\/p>

If the return does not comply with the conditions set out in this Policy, or if one of the cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code applies, the Customer will be informed promptly.<\/p>

Products must be returned intact, unused and unworn, in the same condition in which they were received and complete, where present, with all protective materials, identification tags, seals, original packaging, accessories, warranty certificates, certifications and related documentation.<\/p>

The returned product must show no signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, modification or tampering beyond the condition in which it was at the time of delivery.<\/p>
